Silver Pines is a game, both wonderful and strange. If you're a fan of David Lynch and you like both Survival Horror and Metroidvanias, this is probably one of the most interesting releases of the year. Plus, you befriend a cat after beating the first boss.

A seedy bar, with people in shadows sitting around a stage, on which a musician performs. Only the protagonist, Red Walker can be seen in the light. He's wearing a brown trenchcoat and looks towards the stage in the background.

He'd later reference this movie in Back to the Future, when he shows Doc the picture of himself and his siblings, in which his sister is wearing a Class of 1984 shirt. Though I do think it's a lot more interesting who appeared in it as an extra. Not yet a Wyld Stallion, but he's getting there.

Frankenstein had a profound impact on my life. Both the book and the 1931 movie, which I consider watching for a third year in a row next month. 📽 One day I will re-read the book and I think I never read one more than once. 💙📚

The Magic Loogie, from Seinfeld. It really helps that Wayne Knight was in the original scene in JFK and all of them clearly try their best to hold back their own laughter.

Jerry Seinfeld demonstrates how Kramer and Newman claim they were both struck by the same spit from a baseball player they insulted to Elaine. He uses a golf club to show the apparent trajectory.

Watched #2010TheYearWeMakeContact 🎬 The sequel to 2001: A Space Odyssey is way more traditional Sci-Fi. It has barely aged on a polictical level. No masterpiece in any way, but still a decent film. #filmsky

Back when I was still on Facebook, Teyon held a contest on who could get the highest score in the first level of Rambo: The Video Game. I won that contest and got these little figurines on a gold-painted stand. They had silver and bronze ones too for the other winners.

Watched #JourDeFete 🎬 Jacques Tati's feature film debut is an incredibly funny portrait of the French countryside. Tati himself plays a mailman, who, inspired by a movie he sees at a local fair, decides to deliver mail "the American way". Hijinks ensue. Great jokes! #filmsky

Bought on the same day as my first stereo. A double sampler of Bravo Hits 13, named after Germany's famous teenager magazine - and still released to this very day. They're up to 134 now. (Almost) all of them reached Number 1 on the German Album Charts.

Yeah, I know why they had to have a different Fleet Admiral at the beginning of Star Trek: Picard. It's still stupid. Because had they opted for Shelby from the very beginning, Picard would've had two whole fleets behind his plans for the remainder of the series.
