Sir Ian McKellen orates 'The Stranger's Case' from 'Sir Thomas More' by Shakespeare about the Evil May Day xenophobic riot of 1517 in London. This passage was written 400 years ago, but times never change. Humanity refuses to change its unwarranted bias against 'others'.

Splurged on the fancy version of Castles of Burgundy. Lots of genuine quality of life improvements. I do struggle a lot with the red castles/castle tiles. Those being dark green imprinted on my brain. LOL

Photograph of player tableau for Castles of Burgundy Special Edition. Castles should be dark green.

“The Xbox and PlayStation ads won’t be invasive guys don’t worry” Do you remember when Hulu was free with ads? And now you have to pay for it and it still has ads? And now it’s double the price it was when it started? And now when you pause your show you get ads there too?

Americans are relearning the lesson we learned during the Gilded Age of the late 1890s, when robber barons ran the government and the economy for their own benefit: Oligarchy is incompatible with the common good. I'm hopeful we'll respond with a new progressive movement.
