Honestly the only few things that bring me joy are my asterix comics, dressing up in period clothing, riding my bike and doodling on my sketchbook besides that i'm just miserable. It's weird how therapeutical it is to me to put on a cravat and tailcoat, it just makes me feel well

I got extremely anxious yesterday and ended up binge-eating, i almost ate a whole rotisserie chicken before sleeping, felt sick after it and wasn't able to sleep well. I'm at work with only 4 hours of sleep, feeling disgusting and tired.
