![And our last suspect... is one whose name is a mystery to us.
They've only ever been seen via presumed sightings, or artist renditions. People who have drawn them say they were "given their fate" and were inclined to make something in their honor.
Less of a person, and more of a god in that aspect. We are dealing with a higher power who can control beings at will. I advise you to heed what I say now.
If they have their eyes on you, then be careful of what leaves your mouth. Be careful of what actions you take.
Do not tempt fate.

![We've been trying to investigate Outside Influences for a while now - essentially, those who like to tamper and play with the laws of reality like papier-mâché.
It's clear to us that what happened during the hijack was definitely not the work of a single entity, but aside from that we don't know much about them, and so any encounters are treated with utmost caution. I'd advise you do the same. We truly don't know what they're capable of, let alone if they're able to be reasoned with.
Over the course of the next few months, I'll be sending you whatever info we could dig up about them, seldom it may be.
I wish you luck, Investigator.
