Rose oil in her baths is the secret to keeping her skin youthful, (she also dyes the white of her hair out from time to time) but the ol' girl is indeed in the 50+ bracket. The disapproving momcatte stare says it all :D

I also tend to use 2 points, with at least one of them sometimes behind and/or above the subject. Usually option 2 or 3 in the lighting menu so it's not a direct light; but more diffused and still can deepen shadows around the hair and face. Something like this:
