Found this chunky fella by the lake this weekend. Polypore people, what am I looking at? #fungi #mushrooms #fungifriends

One year ago, checking on my trap, hoping it was still sucking up the spores of new #fungifriends #throwbackthursday

A dark green tripod spore trap, flagged with bright orange tape for safety (hypothetically because someone ran into it with a golf cart), stands close to a gnarled grapevine in a snow-covered vineyard.
