I was homeschooled in the 80s/90s and while it was successful for me, I don’t recommend it. Also, Washington and Lee wanted me to do extra SAT 2 tests for admission because I was homeschooled. When I tried to transfer into our public school for senior year, they said they wouldn’t give me a diploma

To follow up on a comment I posted - the building at the entrance to Arlington is the Women’s Memorial, or the Women in Military Service for America Memorial. It’s housed in the hemicycle, built in the 30s as an entrance to Arlington but never really used that way: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Militar...
