Saw a mother as a patient today, brought her child with her. The child was screaming, and crying the entire time, clearly frustrating the mother. When the exam was over and mom got up to leave, the kid smiled, waved and said "Bye-bye" OK, cute .... or just passive aggressive?

We've had some nice weather of late, so people head out to the mountains and the beach. Not only do we have issues with the directs sunlight, but reflected light from water and snow We've seen a new case of solar retinopathy both this week and last week Please wear sunglasses which block UV light

Washington, like 4 other states (CO, HI, OR UT) is a mail ONLY ballot state - and has been so since 2011. Before that, all but one county has done mail only since 2005. Between 2004 and 2010 in Washington, there were SEVEN documented cases of vote-by-mail fraud. The concerns here are non-existent
