On an international trip and didn’t pack appropriately. I only have albuterol without a spacer. NAEPP and GINA have it right. It’s SMART to use ICS-formoterol for optimal asthma control! The AIR is ripe for anti-inflammatory therapy.

Is there such a thing as a scheduled text? Because I’m sending you the text even if you’ve silenced alerts because I now have the memory of an angry toddler. I remember the emotion but literally not a single detail within 30 seconds of deciding to write the text.

Academic question - if you work in the community, do you ask for letters from community leaders to put in your promotions packet? Does it even matter for promotion. I do the work because I love it but learning to make it count twice is helpful.
