Therapy thoughts: Choose your own adventure still exists but not in book form. It is the BSKY and Insta feeds that we curate. We can spend time to limit the negative each day to make tomorrow better. The amazing thing is we can also do this with people. I can choose not to be with negative people.

It's important to follow some block lists. Always check with your own physicians to weed out medical misinformation as those who take advantage of people at that other place will also try the same here. #MedSky
