Another year another cozy gaming in my hotel

A photo of a convention badge draped over a steam deck with pink silicone grips on it. FFXIV is on the screen zoomed in on an Elezen wearing a futuristic teal black and orange outfit with a large astronaut helmet. Crafting menus are visible on screen as well as the cosmic exploration menu. The convention badge has art of a dragons eye and a reflection of the Atlanta skyline drawn in yellows reds and browns. It reads DragonCon September third through September seventh twenty twenty-six.

What good is all this talk of wings when there is nothing left above? #gposers | #gpose | #elezen

A low saturation shot of a black winged elezen wearing armor and brandishing a sword and shield leaping through a gap in a broken stone wall. His black wings are raised and spread framing his head which is covered in a dark shroud and a wicked looking crown. He's wearing scaled armor with long black robes billowing from either side of the tassets on his hips. His armor looks sharp and severe and his robes are as black as his wings. Light shines from behind his head casting beams over the dark starry sky and a thin halo fits the space inside his wings encircling his head although he definitely doesn't look or seem to be doing anything divine. The low angle of the shot and him leaping through the broken wall looks more like an owl descending on a mouse.

Finally! #Gposers | #Gpose | #Duskwight | #Elezen I'm just so happy! More canon gposes coming soon, I know actual gameplay related stuff isn't common from me

a screenshot of a Duskwight Elezen in a silver mask with a black hood and pointed owl-like ears protruding from the top of the hood. His head is framed by a black rocky formation against a dark grey background. He's wearing black and silver attire and he's sitting cross-legged on a gigantic Triple Triad card with a plain red backing and gold frame. His hands are curled into fists and he's pulling them towards his chest in a victorious gesture with white sparkles around him

For those who are light sensitive but don't have/want shaders - I made a graphic to show two quick ways you can make the new Variant Dungeon more comfortable via System Config It's not perfect but it helps #FFXIV | #VariantDungeon | #FFXIV7.45 | #FFXIVPatch7.45

a graphic that reads "Quick fox for eye-comfort in vanilla FFXIV" with a screenshot showing a non-spoiler-y shot of the variant dungeon architecture. The before has bright bold colors while the after is darker and more muted. The two steps below the graphic read "Under System Config - Display Settings: Drop the gamma correction to zero with an arrow pointing to the gamma slider and an emphasis on the read-out showing "0". The second step reads "Under System Config - Accessibility Settings: Enable Color Filtering Type 2" with an arrow pointing to the color filtering settings, the "Enable" toggle circled and "Type 2" underlined in the drop down.

Quick Durafein appreciation because I had to make a really quick ref sheet for him #GPOSERS | #Drow | #Duskwight | #Elezen Not posting the full sheet I'm going to re-do it when I get a 4k monitor later this month

Durafein. A Drow male with long white hair, grey skin, and red eyes. He's standing against a solid black background with his left arm resting on his hip. He's wearing a sleeveless cropped top with a leather strap, leather gloves that go up to his biceps with silver armor, loose black pants that tie at the waist, and black leather boots.

I've mentioned before that I'm married to the person who originally created Durafein He plays hockey! So as a secret little nod I specifically chose these pants for Durafein because they have a similar shape to hockey pants (the irl pic isn't mine it's just to show the pants as worn)

A cropped image showing a previous gpose of Durafein's midsection and hips. The black pants curve upwards on either side of him, dipping low at the crotch. Durafein's pants are an eastern-inspired design with a thick tie at the front. It's next to a cropped photo example of a hockey player who has lifted his jersey. His black padded pants also curve upwards on either side of his hips then dip low at the crotch. The silhouettes are similar and I thought it was neat.

OOC Bonus - Their dynamic was heavily inspired by these two and if you know who they are I'm really sorry about the back and/or knee pain Most of my OCs have some sort of inspiration from Escaflowne. Sometimes unintentionally - the anime & movie got ingrained in me when I was young x.x

Sora stands facing Folken Fanel with a massive window and a dark blue sky behind them. She has long wavy white hair, pointed ears, and she's wearing lightly colored robes tied at the front. Folken looms over her wearing a jet black coat trimmed with gold and (god only knows what was going on with anime in the 00's) he has the sickest silvery-blue mullet imaginable. It's like David Bowie's mullet went Super Saiyan.

Not my usual - but I haven't seen a Limsa rave go this wild in a hot minute (Also this was a tough shot to grab)

a colorful saturated shot of a crowd of players waving glow sticks while a large band plays in Limsa. A tall Viera in a blue, black, and brown dress is leading the band with her trumpet. Many of the string players behind her are obscured by the glow and sparkle of musical notes coming off their instruments. A large colorful firework is going off to the side just out of focus and a small fire is casting a warm glow across the stones. The crowd are waving colorful glow sticks of red, blue, purple, white, and green while others are in the middle of dancing. There's a lot of chaos and energy going on is what I'm saying.

Because some fanart just punched this back into my brain- Last week I was like "Gee I dunno why I like de-saturated characters so much! Big Mystery!" No! This is why! This is what happened to me! T_T Before Final Fantasy, before Drow, there was this fucker right here...

a transparent PNG of "Dark Link" from the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. This is the 3DS version to most accurately depict what he looks like. He's a shadowy manifestation of Link wearing black attire, with dark grey skin, glowing red eyes, and medium grey hair.

The final ended up being one where she was pulled back slightly but I've been dying for an excuse to show this outtake I'm personally a huge fan of showing a small gap with a "hint-of-tongue" in my kissing shots (if it fits the context!)

A Drow priestess locked in an embrace with a mysterious armored figure. Her long white hair is plaited at the sides and tied back just out of frame. Her smooth grey face is partially obscured by a black circlet that drops down to a wicked point from her temples to the hollow of her cheeks. Her lips are brushing against the black metal helmet above where the wearer's mouth would be. Her lips are parted slightly and her tongue is pressed against the metal helmet.

The visor of the helmet opens to a silver mask with hollow black eyes, giving the impression of a face while keeping the wearer obscured. He's wearing heavy plate armor and his arm is wrapped around the priestess, his armored hand gripping the back of her neck to hold her against him. Her hand is partially visible pressed against his armored chest.

Try the grey stuff - it's delicious! (No, seriously, don't lick him he tastes like sweat & leather)

My OC, Viedyn. A Drow with grey skin and short white hair wearing a silver and black circlet with matching armor smirking at the camera.

A close-up photo of "The Grey Stuff" from Disney parks. This version (No idea if they still even serve this, who knows) is a white chocolate cookies & cream mousse with a red velvet and raspberry filling. The cookies & cream seem to be finely blended which gives the white chocolate mousse a grey appearance. It's piped in a spiral on top of a biscuit and decorated with edible pearl sprinkles.

A shadowy figure in a dark stone corner with an arrow drawn and held at the ready in a dark wood longbow with silver detailing. She's standing in shallow water and the light coming through the stone corridor is catching her arm and part of her chest as she readies her bow. She's wearing leather with metal armor reinforcing her shins, knees, elbows, and her right forearm. Her leather is a mix of black and dark teal green. Her skin is a light/med grey and her long white hair peeks from beneath her black hood. The hood hangs low over her face so only her nose and mouth are visible, a confident grin can be seen on her dark grey, lightly polished (they have chapstick in D&D right?) lips.

A Duskwight Elezen with short white hair and grey skin. He's wearing a black leather coat with a cowl neck and overlapping details down the front. His arms and neck are clad in metalwork giving him a futuristic appearance. A black halo with a glowing blue ring hovers behind his head and he holds a glowing white chakrams in each hand.
His simple black pants are close-fitted and expose his knees, although they're partially protected by knee-high boots with blue laces. He's standing on a futuristic-looking blue and purple background.

Tall willow trees hang over two cozy stone bath houses and a large stone fire pit with benches is centered on the two bath houses.

Whispers of danger from the shadows #GPOSERS | #Drow | #Elezen | #Duskwight I finished this at 11:52pm last night so I'm counting it for December

A male Drow with long white hair and red eyes leaping from a shadowy alcove with two narrow swords poised to strike. He's clad in black with a black mask over his face, his right arm is crossed in front of him, partially obscuring his masked face, and his fingers clasping a black grip are barely visible in the shadows with a glint of a blade's edge. His left arm is raised behind his head holding the other sword behind him.

Absolute FAV - this has been my phone background ever since! It was directly inspired by the "Play" scene from Interview with a Vampire (the old movie - not the show version) And it was meant to be kinda "Angel of Death" vibes OR "Romantasy" vibes OR both depending on the viewer!

A fully armored male Elezen, holding a female Duskwight Elezen in his arms. She's being held against his chest with her back supported by his left arm, pointing her shoulder towards the viewer. Her skin is grey toned and she's wearing a sleeveless black dress with black decorative metal pieces resting on her shoulders, functioning like straps. From them long ornate chains with ruby colored jewels hang down over her chest. Her eyelids are tinted red with eyeshadow and her lips have been darkened black with lipstick, causing the edges to catch the light. Upon her forehead there's a simple black crown that juts downward at her temples to frame her face. Her back is arched and her head is tilted back, gazing directly upwards with half lidded eyes and parted lips. His armored fingers can be seen gripping her side just above her waist to support her, his large shield partially obscuring her arm behind it. His other hand appears to be delicately caressing her neck with heavily armored fingers that come to points. He gazes down at her through the empty sculpted eyes inset into his black helmet's visor. The background is dark grey and once again a glowing white circle appears, this time behind them both, framing the way he's gazing down at her.

(Kinda) Vanilla Gpose for patch dayyyy (My shader was on - but the fancy lighting effect is vanilla gpose goodness) #GPOSERS | #Elezen | #ElezenHours

A male elezen with grey skin, a black hood, wearing black and silver attire holding two silver chakrams which glow white with flecks of red striking a pose in the middle of a dance. The black hood casts shadows over his face and a black band covers his eyes, a glimpse of light partially illuminates his lips and chin. One arm is raised high above h is head, the other is partially crossing the front of his body with a chakram poised high and low. His black fitted attire is trimmed with silver and small red details, one of his legs is raised in the middle of a step, showing the silver detailing on his tall leather boot where it's catching the light. The background is dull white and grey, matching his skin and attire, leaving only the flecks of red to indicate that it's indeed a full color image.

GOOD MORNING EORZEAAAAA! New PLD & DNC fits

A male elezen with grey skin standing in a colorful open air market with large sweeping banners draped above him. He's wearing a black hood with a black covering over his eyes. Black and silver necklaces hang down his bare chest. His stomach is wrapped in a tight black cloth matching black pants and a long grey loincloth with silver detailing hangs down his front. His tall black boots are decorated in silver details, his right arm has a short black glove with silver jewelry and a silver bicep cuff while his left arm has a longer black glove with silver jewelry. Large black wings frame his back giving him an eerie monotone in a colorful setting.

(Same market setting as the first pic!) A male elezen with grey skin and a black hood wearing a fitted black and silver high-collar top that leaves part of his grey shoulders bare. Long black gloves are detailed with silver jewelry and red stitching that matches his top, a long black cloth hangs down his front and tall black boots with small silver details on the side cover most of his legs. He's framed by a large pair of black wings.

I've always wanted to do one of these! But I've woken up with a migraine for the past 3 days so I had to use old gpose for it

An alt text of a mood board for my Drow oc Durafein with nine panels. The first is a cropped image of an asymmetrical black shirt with a deep open front revealing a masculine chest. Second is a plain color panel of a deep grey tone with neutral undertones. Third is the gpose of Durafein where he's holding a black fabric mask over his face as if he just put it in place and he's mostly in shadow but a band of light from a window is illuminating one of his crimson red eyes. The second row begins with ghost flowers. White stems curve at the top where a pale white bell shaped flower blooms. They're delicate and somber looking and are associated with mystery and death. The middle image which serves as the center of the panel is a gpose of Durafein in dark draped assassin attire hanging off the edge of a stone building by gripping a beveled ledge. He's holding a sword in his other hand, pointed downwards and cropped out of frame. The last image of this row features a closeup of a black viper snake coiled on a branch. The snakes are especially dangerous because they strike without warning. The first image in the last row is a cropped photo of white hair loosely pulled into a simple looped bun at the base of the neck which is an alternative way Durafein wears his hair when he needs it up. Bottom center is a long dark stone corridor with bands of light passing through archways giving a sense of depth with a pitch black arched stone doorway at the end of the hall. The final panel has a dark thorned background with the text "Death does lurk in the dark, and I am it." By Marin Vale.

a grey Duskwight Elezen wearing a shiny light blue cat hood with long white fringed bangs hanging over his light blue eyes. He's smiling brightly and standing casually against a bright colorful background. He's wearing a cropped jacket made of shiny blue fabric with white trim and pink quilted lining, pink straps run down the sleeves. His nails are painted light blue to match and he's wearing shiny skin-tight blue shorts and thigh-high black legwarmers with pink and blue strapping with black shoes that have matching pink soles. Large black angel wings frame his figure and a thin white frame has been added to the background to encircle him. Light-colored sparkles randomly float through the frame giving it a whimsical appearance.

She's wearing a silver circlet across her forehead with two lower pieces framing her cheeks. Her eyes are bright red and she's got a wicked smile as she looks down at the camera. She's holding her right hand up, fingers curled towards her casually. Her pointer and middle finger are heavily armored with long silver spikes at the tip of each fingers giving the impression of long nails. She's wearing a black dress with a deep V front that's bound at the waist by leather strapping. Her left hand is reaching down and resting just above a male Drow's armored shoulder plate. Her sharp armored fingers grasp lightly at his throat. He's wearing a simpler and duller silver circlet over his short white hair and he's staring straight ahead with ice blue eyes and a cold expression. His armored fingers grasp the hilt of a sword in the foreground which is pointed down and he seems to be resting on. He's wearing heavy black and silver plate armor and you can't see it in the shot but I did pose him with a matching shield but I ended up with a zoomed in shot instead.
