What would say was the most information/cataloging intensive Pokemon game you’ve ever added to the site?

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 17/01/2026

How many Oreos have I eaten, you ask? Well today I have found what is at least my sixth Oreo with its inside-side of its cookie facing outside.

I’m really late to this whole tea thing, but I’m pretty sure purists would harangue me for how much sugar and oatmilk i put in my tea.

I made up a joke comment about a commercial, but after saying it my wife said I already said that before, but I have no recollection of making said joke. Is it still an original joke?

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 02/11/2025

Charcuterie board but it’s all just different kinds of cookies

I used to get annoyed, but now I just let them have their silly arguments, Pokemon is still Pokemon. Smear campaigns can’t stop us from enjoying the game.

You are awesome! My club support came from you folks in last week and the students are tearing it up! All the extra basic lands really help with their obsession to make a deck ‘for every color & color combo.’

I wanted one of each for a pick two halves, shuffle up and play box. Each lgs here have either sold them or are sitting on them.

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 11/10/2025

EoE? Is that the UW Star Trek set?

000

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

Kingdom Hearts trilogy and everything inbetween on big sale? Yeah okay, it's about time I return to my brainrot fandom roots.

010

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 30/09/2025

Had full tables for the prerelease I went to. I would have gone to the release FNM if I didn't already have something else planned prior. I enjoy the set.

000

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 30/09/2025

Did you know that Pokemon turns 30 in 150 days?

010

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 29/09/2025

Very cool activity to have at the Con! wish I could have come and collected them myself!

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 29/09/2025

Originally, the "Gems" were Mind(Blue), Power(Red), Soul(green), Time(Orange), Reality(Yellow), and Space(Purple). Now that they are "Stones" it's Mind(Yellow), Power(Purple), Soul(Orange), Time(Green), Reality(Red), and Space(Blue).

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 29/09/2025

That pic you folks used as a reference must have been nefariously made in order to mislead people! Here's more of the page it's from.

110

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 29/09/2025

As it turns out, you were unfairly misled by panels that explicitly are showing how the gems have changed at different times in their history, but was only done so to narratively explain why they are different in the comics now (they are aligned with the MCU now).

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 29/09/2025

Went to Gamestop after work to pick a couple up for my wife and I. They said they "never got any." Same person told a friend, they "gave them all away right at the start of the day." Meanwhile stacks are on FB Marketplace for 20 dollars each. Why do they do this?

000

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 28/09/2025

Wait why are the colors neither the MCU colors nor the original colors?

100

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 20/09/2025

“Let’s teach Stan Lee *extremely bad idea in even worse taste*”

010

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 19/09/2025

2XKO was more like: Game coming out! Time passes. I promise! Time passes. We super promise! Time passes. Sign up for alpha! Time passes. Sign up for beta! Time passes. You're in the beta! Honestly I don't even care anymore, too much time has passed. This roster is so small.

000

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 19/09/2025

I remember the hype of an upcoming fighting game. Announcement. Time passes. New character trailers every week until release. Snowballing of hype until the day of release and then everyone playing. The joy I'd get playing on release day with friends online and in the same room was unreal.

If students are too distracted from KDH talk an easy way to deal psychic damage is to join in and ask if they are talking about the “K Demons” tv show. They’re back on task pretty quickly.

Cube specifically. Cube -> Commander -> Draft

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 09/08/2025

Today a student came up to me and asked during passing period if I knew “Kpop demon hunters songs” and I said “I do know them” and then without prompting they proceeded to speak-sing the entire Your Idol song at me while I kept working on other things.

I'd be interested in seeing the mons you would have used. I love when people homebrew mons for PTA

010

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 25/07/2025

Happy Birthday, love your art. I'm working on updating PTA3 to 3.5 with folks to make Pokémon Tabletop Adventures even better than ever.

020

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 24/07/2025

I'd be curious as to what they'd want, because without the few mobile games, the presents would be even shorter?

170

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 10/07/2025

Something with gingerbread I’d guess

021

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 09/07/2025

Yooooooo been waiting for these!!!!

When you get into sports it’s still being a nerd, but most of them just don’t see it that way. Really, I dunno what else to call people who go to big yearly stadium conventions while cosplaying as their favorite characters in the big games.

010

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 23/06/2025

That’s me with my nerdshit, too.

This bird came up to me and chirped at me and I gave it some cracker crumbs and it kept talking to me so I began petting it and talked to it and it just kept chilling so I gave it some more pets.

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 14/05/2025

Clearly, the role is a glass case to point to so people can say “look at how inclusive we are” without actually engaging with, including, or even talking to said people.

010

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 27/04/2025

No matter what amazing thing I say I’ll still be underselling this series folks: read Jade City, Jade War, and Jade Legacy.

000

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 11/04/2025

Is that moira, too? More x-men keep popping up!

010

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 24/03/2025

Pokémon Tabletop Adventures 3.5! It will be a modest update, so we're giving it a .5, but it'll still be the same system with the same core beliefs- easy-to-run, quick to play, but now with much more variety. It will be done when it's done, but the team's happy to be working on it!

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 20/03/2025

Going to MagicCon Vegas! I'm excited for the Unknown event and playing commander and cubing all weekend!

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 19/03/2025

This one’s not your fault, there’s no deadline. Whenever it’s released there’s a set amount of money and once it runs out, it runs out.

110

DrMrStark @drmrstark.bsky.social · 12/03/2025

That’s garbage I’m so sorry

Millennium Blades. It’s an amazing 3-4 hour game with two phases: Tournament Play and Trading Phase. It’s amazing. Each round represents your career from your first prerelease to locals to regionals to nationals to the world championship, all while trading and collecting on the way.
