Nolan Wells 🕊️ No one will be charged in the unusual death of 18 year old Nolan Wells from Mississippi who vanished and found dead during a large Fourth of July party. My God. This is utterly disgusting. I pray for the Wells family at this time.

In 2003, 37K CRNAs in the country w/ 6% as an aggregate of minoritized professionals. In 2003, I created a graduate poster project on Diversity in Nurse Anesthesia. In 2026, Diversity CRNA mentored over 1,500 CRNAs of color. In 2026, there are 70K CRNAs in the country, only 12% as an aggregate.
