But never forgotten by them. My Siamese cat, Katsu, still has not forgotten (or fully forgiven) being taken to the vets by my PA when very poorly, needing surgery. Katsu used to sit on my PA’s lap- but now just hisses at her if she gets too close!

Bit pink after D1, a downside of going by myself- as didn’t have sunscreen on my back (duh) until my daughter arrived, but I was more careful & went brown. The lovely lifeguards moved my umbrella throughout the day, without me asking, so I was in shade, helpful as I was often asleep on sunlounger! 😴

Victor, (in white cap, shirt & red shorts, looking over the pool)- he was one of the lifeguards, who looked after me & gave me some Spanish lessons. Lucia, from Argentina, was the other lovely lifeguard.

I somehow (with assistance & my manual wheelchair plus Smoov motor) got to Mallorca for a much needed holiday. Had a super time, well & truly looked after by hotel staff & fab when my daughter arrived. Relaxed, but still more than I’ve been able to do. Now back home, pooped/PEM- but so glad I went 😊

My Siamese cat does this too- but it isn’t about sharing food with their toy- it’s to do with storing/caching their prey back at a safe feeding place, like they do in the wild. 🐈 #cat

Yes! My neighbour’s house finished in 1901, and mine in 1902- so on the Victorian/Edwardian cusp. I’ve been in a PEM energy crash following my divorce FDR a few weeks ago- so have been lying in bed watching them as my ‘entertainment’!

I’m lying in bed watching the roofers (Brosnan’s Roofing of Blyth) working on my neighbour’s roof. The way they move about the roof- you’d not think they were so high up! They did mine & my neighbours roofs a couple of years ago. They reuse & trim the original Welsh slates & add ‘new’ reclaimed ones

I’m being spoilt by friends popping in 2 sort food/drinks/oversee meds, changing cat’s litter. I’ve been under huge stressors for 2+ yrs, all sorted at private FDR on Fri, good Judge & barrister 🙌 But PEM kicking in, in bed w cat & so so fatigued, altho my mind a bit manic thinking of Fri events.

ITV news item said black/black & white cats are 75% of cats up for adoption- as people think are bad luck(not) or brown/white/tabby better on social media. The reason I have Siamese is I had 2 rescue Siamese when pregnant w my son w asthma, & he reacts less to Siamese cf other cats, not the colour!

Unable to move as pinned to my bed by my cat, Katsu! Have to get up soonish, as I need some pain killers for my R sacroiliac pain (got some L4/5 L5/S1 dermatome numbness- but is intermittent- so ignoring it). Neighbour making us lunch & at 4 having a chat w my son. So a lovely day bar the my back.

So far today- I’ve had breakfast in bed, had tel call w my daughter, added new neighbours to our street WhatsApp , showered. Now contemplating getting up, may sit in garden. That’s my effort for the day! Minimal sleep last night as air pressure change due to storm triggered a nasty Cluster attack.

Well done! I had a pair nesting in the Old Dairy- one of outbuildings at my cottage in Northumberland- well until, against my wishes- my soon 2 b former husband, filled in the gap in the roof slates they entered thro 🙁 I spent hours trying to get good videos of them coming into feed- so so agile! 😍
