According to NYT after he was DOWN(4 shots fired) they shot again...then SIX. MORE. TIMES. (link in comments). This isn't murder. This is a WAR CRIME (as defined in Geneva Convention:willful killing of noncombatants, torture, and unlawful destruction). Does anyone else feel we are in 1938 Germany?
