FLASH 16 IVC thrombus 💪🏽Torque the catheter quite a bit. Travels nicely and works fast 🌈Can access renal vein and do up and over due to its flexibility 🔥Element sheath very nice. Can inject around it and also aspirate with it on way out to clear access site. #CardioSky #VascSky #IRAD

Steps for DK crush 1️⃣ vessel prep 2️⃣ stent side branch. 2mm stent protrusion 3️⃣ remove side wire. Crush stent with main branch balloon 4️⃣ rewire side and do first kiss 5️⃣ remove side branch wire 6️⃣ stent left main into main branch 7️⃣ POT 8️⃣ rewire side 9️⃣ perform second kiss 🔟 finish w/ POT #Cardiosky

CMR has been a game changer in cardiology. It’s the most accurate imaging modality for determining EF, Viability, flow assessment, and volume quantification. Access and cost still are an issue but things are improving fast! #Cardiosky #Medsky

Intermediate to high risk patient post hip surgery. Nice use of the T24 for the right and T20 curve for the left. Had to use the FT2 to loosen up the left. Pre: Pa 46/8 (26) Post: 35/6 (20) 5L to no oxygen in the lab. #Cardiosky #VTE #PE #medsky

Ablative atherectomy (LASER) 🔫EXCITE ISR- only RCT data we have in PAD with atherectomy 🔫 very useful for single vessel runoff 🔫 variety of sizes (0.9, 1.4, 2) 🔫 can modify calcium with laser bomb (contrast on laser) A good tool to have for both coronary and peripheral work. #Cardiosky #medsky
