I'm excited to perform in the Oak Lawn Band - an LGBTQ+/ally community band. We have our annual black-tie gala on March 6th and I'm hoping to bring in some donations. If you have $5 to spare, plz consider donating to this amazing community! www.zeffy.com/en-US/fundra... #RainbowRhapsody #LGBTQMusic

Volunteering for local arts-based orgs has lifted my spirits in so many ways during this time of increased social/political challenges for underrepresented folks. Leaning into community and offering support-be it funding, time, or effort-will fill your cup. I promise. #LGBTQ+ #gamedev #music #band

Since my last post, I was getting super into FB again because of its community groups and ease of coordinating events. Now, folks are leaving anything touched by Meta (rightfully so). Where is everyone going in addition to BlueSky?

What’s your fav platform to build genuine social bonds? 🤔 FB has been pretty solid in helping me reconnect with folks & hobbies. I’m joining my local LGBTQ band/drumline and getting involved in the bear community. Curious where others go for deeper connections. Never got into short form like X.

Pokemon TCGP has been a nice distraction from the heavy month. Anyone else on my bsky network play? I will add my code in the comments. #pokemontcgp #gaymer

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🎮 So many fun queer games from amazing devs and creators! Check out the Season of Pride Steam Sale. We also hosted a showcase earlier today featuring 8 of the games from the sale. You can catch the VOD at twitch.tv/igda. #gaymer #gamedev #queergames

This is awesome! Also, game developers--give the new IGDA BlueSky account a follow!

Hey all! Was never much of a Twitter user (feeling a tad bit grateful for that now) but perhaps I can make BlueSky work! Any tips for a newbie here? #gamedev #gaymer #sociology #highered #singersongwriter
