I've heard people make claims that AI would lead to a new Renaissance, but I didn't imagine it'd happen like this:

Also, my phone was at 4% due to calling and waiting on hold all day for help from the rental company. So the guy takes off, I find an amazing woman in a shop on the main street who lets me charge my phone for a bit so I can get online and book a hotel room. 3/

Today, I fucked up and locked my keys in my rental car as I was putting my bags away to leave. After hours of trying to get roadside service, the guy eventually arrives and then tells me he can't do anything about it today and he'll be back tomorrow. 1/

On a similar note, leather. "Authentic leather" "genuine leather" are crap quality. You need to look for "full grain leather." Obviously "genuine leather" may actually be leather so it's not quite the same, but poor quality leather is a huge pet peeve of mine

There's also people making lionfish jewelry! There's a woman in Curacao doing it, and on Utila this spring I did a jewelry making class where I got to make my own pieces. Really cool stuff. Lionfish hunting PADI and SSI specialties are also really popular

Lionfish ceviche is the ultimate. I dive a lot in Utila, we bring the fish in, fillet them on the dock, and make ceviche for the afternoon. It's incredible.
