Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 22hFinished up the paintwork on zombie Impactor. Chromed the harpoon, tried not to overdo the rest. Better pics, er, eventually! 35711 57
Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 16/10/2026Incomplete paint job, but he's taking shape...and not looking well. 68212 82
Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 15/10/2026Work in progress (with digitally adjusted colours for now, as not painted yet), but I'm making progress on a zombie Impactor custom. Not going to go as fully skeletal as the original comic art, but should still look pretty cool. 2272 27
Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 15/10/2026Definitely a convert to the SS86 Seeker mold. 0180 18

Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 12/10/2026Big fan of the base mold, but the retooling for the Powermaster engine gimmick is *checks notes* piss poor. 0120 12

Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 09/10/2026Some pics of an impulse purchase at the Birmingham Toyfare a few weeks back. Appropriate given it's The War Within's birthday (and it's the best thing Dreamwave did). Great designs by Don Fig, toys are charming but flawed. Begging for modern day leader class iterations. 1261 26

Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 01/10/2026Missed out on Siege Skywarp six years ago, then prices went MENTAL. Saw him two weeks ago for £30 in Brum. I hemmed, I hawed, but for too long, and missed out. Saw him on InDemand Tuesday for £19. Aaaaand bought. He comes with five blast effects. Ludicrous! 2170 17

Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 23/09/2026As interested as I am in seeing what the SS86 Coneheads will look like, I do like the visual distinction of keeping the Earthrise jets for them, but using SS86 for the original three. 3190 19
Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 21/09/2026The big screen rewatches of Transformers The Movie "Things You Spot" edition... I think the monitor in Jazz and Cliffjumper's ship uses some small cut-up parts of the backlit film elements that were used in the tunnel bit of the title sequence. I'm probably wrong, but eh, it looks neat. 4322 32
Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Okay, no regrets about replacing the Earthrise jets with these three. They're stunning. Just a bit irksome that this is what the Earthrise jets should've been in the first place. 3461 46

Kris "Drivaaar" Carter @drivaaar.bsky.social · 11/09/2026Frankenstein'ing Prowl. The "no transparent plastic" body from SS86, the doors and the darker lightbar from Earthrise (he needs the police text, thankyew), and the head from Siege.
