I love Ethiopia as well. One of the first specialty coffees I ever had was an Ethiopian; it was love at first sip tbh (i promise that didn't sound as cringe typing it lol; it's true though)

I had never heard of it before either! Thats why I chose it for our first drop. Because they leave it in an anaerobic environment for 25 days it produces wine like aromas, hence the name.
