driftwood42.bsky.social @driftwood42.bsky.social · 10/10/2026my wife really appreciated the story of the manager attempting to upsell the iced tea. She was told something very similar at her high school job back in the day. 000

driftwood42.bsky.social @driftwood42.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Instagram started doing this for some reason. There was a post of a picture of a tattoo that they tried to use to show me how "incredible" it was. Like its a dang picture, why would I want/need to read the description of it? It doesn't make any sense. 010

driftwood42.bsky.social @driftwood42.bsky.social · 20/09/2026I’m a hockey player and there shouldn’t be hitting for any youth league. There is no good reason to allow it and it’s dangerous. 040
driftwood42.bsky.social @driftwood42.bsky.social · 19/09/2026Is that why its telling me to "Get Reward" in The Hunt Roblox? 000

driftwood42.bsky.social @driftwood42.bsky.social · 24/03/2026It’s a weird juxtaposition listening to the audiobook for Fahrenheit 451. Me sitting here at work listening to a story about people with seashells in their ears all day. #451F 000

driftwood42.bsky.social @driftwood42.bsky.social · 04/03/2026I just finished Monstrous Regiment for the first time and revisited the @shaunvids.bsky.social video about Hijacking the dead. I don't get how anyone can read that book and not see the trans themes that are present throughout. What a great book. 020

driftwood42.bsky.social @driftwood42.bsky.social · 12/01/2026I really hate the trend of filming commercials like TikTok’s or other shorts. They are awful as commercials and make me actively go out of my way to avoid using the featured products. 000
driftwood42.bsky.social @driftwood42.bsky.social · 09/01/2026It’s so sad to me that Disney is getting rid of dinoland. It’s such a unique area and it just feels like they made it in the 90s and then forgot about it until now. 000

driftwood42.bsky.social @driftwood42.bsky.social · 23/11/2025One of the most annoying things about shows and movies is that they frequently don’t subtitle the other languages. I don’t want to see [speaks Spanish] or [speaks Russian]. Just out the words on the screen 000
