Not over yet, but concerning. Bonta, CA's AG just explained that they will be back in court with the same lawsuit which SCOTUS deemed "unripe." DJT's latest dick election move (I'd be specific, but have lost track) ripens the suit, so we'll see. Trying to stay realistic.

Is there a back story to this? Cowardice is a hallmark of the GOP Congress, but I wonder if the takes are higher for some members than others. Let’s not forget the MAGA murders of Melissa Hortman and her husband in Minnesota. Lots of MAGA thugs out there.
