I have an absurd number of pets. One dog. Two cats. Fifteen chickens. Four goldfish. One horse. Cows. I don’t know how many. Some aren’t pets. At least two are. Anyway. Meet Speedy. She’s new. She has a snail friend. I think my kid has named that one Snaily. Also added a cory to the new 55G tank.

So I’m reading terms and conditions from tech companies now and… has this always been there? It’s somewhat concerning to me that Apple is willing to just turn off your phone use, limiting your contact with family, friends, business tools you may use on your phone, and information available online…

I like football, but tbh, I’m watching the Westminster agility dog competition and I think I’m enjoying it more. I don’t have to worry about picking a team without a phobic dbag. THEYRE DOGS. I LIKE DOGS. Also, yay for New Year’s as a 40 yo with a 4 yo. We’re partying hard over here.

This was me. Third trimester. Seeing patients with a virus known to increase the risk of maternal death and stillbirth while the public pretended it was a hoax. I hoped every day that my choice to become a doctor wouldn’t kill my child. So that’s one example, I guess.

Less than 48 hours notice and we managed a decent spread in spite of the ‘Rona.

So this is Leroy Rocky Green Gilliam (again with the toddler naming assistance). The friend that picked him up found him a few towns over. He’d been wandering the area for a couple weeks. No one knew who he belonged to. She’s had him for a week trying to find an owner.
