for the past 6 days, at the end of the day, i open the app, click the search icon, click the artist in the list at the top, see if there's that art of soda and miu and then close the app i guess it begins to sound like a vice again, but my plan to quit is ahead... i just have to wait for a drawing

now, i know i've criticized my friends for using twitter but i'll have to come clean i have not used for 2 years now, haven't opened the app once during that time, but one artist posted that they'll make a srawing of miu iruma rimjobing kazuichi soda (or the other way around idk)

the For You page just became a mess and it was very obvious why that change was made after the buy out the thing is... some people liked it, and the more immorall stuff got pushed more and more sadly, this is where "i'm never leaving this app" appears

now we finally come to twitter, i've stopped using it because i noticed the For You page changing, i felt it with my emotions platforms often try to get you to stay on them as much as possible, which includes but is not limited to making you angry

(i come from a country which kisses and buys military from them, which just makes me ashamed to have the nationality that i have, but nationality as a concept is stupid, made it another bluesky banter)

now, i guess there's also the aspect that you can't always avoid this, maybe you have to buy products from someone who trades with those 2 mentioned countries, or they produce your medicine in my opinion, i would not take the risk and die "to own them" and i would just accept the risk

whenever i buy something, i alwyas google those 2 countries, parent comapny, and their ethical consumer score this has made buying anything ever mostly impossible, especially pc parts, but i've been at it for 4 years and probably won't stop

frankly, fast food was easier for me to stop, mcdonalds fries just started to make me gag after years of eating them and the last time i ordered there was 2017 but after life style, there's also politics

i'm saying all of this because this was an addiction, i was addicted, it didn't help me but i kept consuming things knowing they were bad for me this is related to addictions, but they are also life style choices, for example fast food, mcdonalds, kfc and dristor kebab

compared to other vices, this one was easy, it was that i needed to change my mind, and i managed to do it without all the mysticism of nofap and other bullshit, i just sat with myself and accepted what was wrong and prepearing for relapse (like the eminem album)

now, i don't know about other people, but i've also had vices i used to beat the shit out of my meat for seratonin, but at one point i was genuinley so depressed, this method got patched out of my brain, however i still continued it even if it did nothing anymore i can only compare it to smoking

seeing people use the blue bird app makes me sad not primarily because it's the blue bird app, but because of vices, and seeing your friends have these vices is genuinely depressing
