Another great example of likely FCD with good PET, MELD-GRAPH, MP2RAGE and EDGE-enhanced correlation, stressing the importance of multiparametric/multidisciplinary approach in epilepsy! (shout out to the GOSH NRAD team who picked up the lesion and the MELD project)

‼️‼️don’t call this cochlea normal please ! Boy with bilateral SNHL: hypoplastic modiolus and lateral interscalar septum … basically a mild for of IP2. Did you know that 50% of IP2+EVA (Pendred phenotype) do not have a gene found ?
