Joe Davis just mentioned that Roki Sasaki’s 88 pitches thru the first three innings are the most for a Dodger since Charlie Haeger. He didn’t mention that Haeger was a knuckleball pitcher. Nor did he mention how Haeger died.

On October 3, 2020, Haeger, 37, was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound on a trail along the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. He was a suspect in the shooting death of his 34-year-old ex-girlfriend Danielle Breed the previous day in Scottsdale, Arizona.

My favorite thing about Malibu is there used to be a taco shop called La Salsa and they had a giant statue of a man in a sombrero. After La Salsa closed, they kept the statue and just painted it white. This must be very confusing for people aren't familiar with La Salsa.
