I can do 14 and 24 years ago.

28 and 38. If there is any other photos of me in the last 20 years, my ex-wife has probably lost them. Unless they contained any offspring that came along after 2005. Although neither of us were much into taking photos. I do feel like the last generation not to have my life digitally recorded. PS. I can still remember how stoned I was in the station photo booth for that 1st shot.

Kitchen worktop with perspex pepper grinder; bottle of fish sauce; bottle of non-brewed condiment and flask of table salt.
I propose moving fish sauce from animal product to condiment. Its the only way I'd consider going vegan. Let's face it anchovies are barely animal anyway, I've had stronger emotional ties to some trees and shrubbery. These vegan fascists have no moral argument to oppose this move, and I personally think fish sauce or cheese is the only way to make a pure veg diet palatable. Send us your thoughts.

I would rather stay in the black than red. Like my soul.

Just back from staying over at parents after family gathering. Pleasant as usual and acceptable hangover.
I'm not into wearing red, but here we have a 2 tone woolen sweater. Given to me by my well meaning boomer mum, so assuaged some guilt. Blue and white checked shirt collar showing along with the sandalwood bead necklace.
Also dug out my red beanie. In honour of one of my heroes Jaques Cousteau. Watching his films along with Hans and Lottie Hass, was the reason I took up scuba diving 35 years ago. And was lucky enough to work on dive boats in the Red Sea in the 90's diving some of the same sights. Seems a long way away at this time of the year.
