And if two days ago was 11/10 violent disturbing video content being served up, today’s still a 7/10. Just this morning I was shown a near fatal car crash, a horrific rugby injury and similar weight lifting injury, street fights, passed out people on drugs. Meta has a big safety issue right now.

I've been a Red Note user for a year and can see why users are flocking there with the potential TikTok US ban (www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...) The main thing is that Red Note has a double feed - 2x columns of content on your FYP - so more to consume. Feels like a hybrid of Instagram and TikTok too.

And here’s my Spanish Abuelo, he was a fisherman, and passed away before I was born. Feel like because he and I share the same birthday and that his boat was named after that date that I have a bit of him in me too. Apart from being able to play the Spanish bagpipes.

My mother grew up with no running water, it needed fetching from the spring, and laundry was taken balanced on her head to the same spring to clean their clothes. Post civil war Spain was harsh, my mother moved to England to make a better life. This is her (right) with my uncle and my grandparents

This is my heritage. This is a photo posted today to the FB group of the Galician fishing village my mother grew up in. She was the daughter of a Mariscadora. They had a plot of sand in the sea marked by rocks, called a Vivero, where my Abuela raked each day for cockles. It was a simple life.

A few weeks ago I made a big Starter Pack of BBC Bluesky accounts. One of the top accounts in my list was an unofficial BBC News bot. Looks like it has flipped its identity and is now a 'Happy Being' T-Shirt shop. Leaving it in my SP for now to track it, but @safety.bsky.app is this allowed?
