that's unfortunately not the case. there are many different screen readers of various capabilities and OCR is not standard. Where it exists, it's very unreliable except for unformatted blocks of text, and will always entirely lack the context a human provides e.g. that it this is a Steam screenshot

Using my powers for evil (drawing fanart of fanfiction)
