You know you can also play Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave on it?

Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is so, so good I could go on and on, but for now They took Three Houses, made it better, kept some systems and expanded them, added new systems, and made every QoL improvement you can think of The 36 year old franchise seems to be entering its Golden Age

This is one of the games this year that resides in my mind way longer than it should. I love the narrative, and it offers waaaay more than I ever expected. Still it manages to keep the balance currently between "a lot" and "too much". The learning curve though, 'just keeps on giving"...

Our next play-along is up! Get ready for spooky season! If you have played it, we would love to hear your non-spoiler standouts!

Agreed! You need to read the books! You will know what is up next. Great audiobooks too!

Battlestar Galactica made it onto the top 40 list. Unfortunately some more European and Asian series didn‘t make it on the list: Dark, Black Mirror, Alchemy of Souls.

There is also a save carry-over with some goodies from 1st Chapter to 2nd Chapter you should not ignore, provided you play on the same console or PC with the save file.

It definitely is over the top! Loved it!

Fabio rocks! The main reason I chose Dietrich as my first character. Fabio should get the award for best supporting character at the Game Awards this year! 🤣🤘🫶

Not every game needs an ending to leave a mark. Here’s the journey so far: worlds explored, stories paused, battles survived, and a few wonderful detours still waiting for me. These are the games I’ve experienced in 2026, finished or not. 🎮✨ #Gaming #GamesOf2026 #GameJourney #IndieGames #VideoGame

Tried the mouse controls in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, but they just aren’t registering reliably for me. Bummer. Tried recalibrating. No go! The Nintendo/Switch setup feels more frustrating than helpful, so it’s back to traditional controller controls. #FireEmblem #FortunesWeave #Switch2

The next adventure is here. Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave (physical) has just arrived, with the impossible choice of finding approximately 80-120 hours I have absolutely no idea where I’m going to find. Still: THE SCHEDULE WILL BEND!!! #FireEmblem #FortunesWeave #Nintendo #JRPG #StrategyGames

Sony has learned costly PR lessons. Customers accept innovation, but not having choices taken away. Digital and physical can coexist. Ending discs means less control and less goodwill from players invested in PlayStation. Convenience, not choice, is optional.

1st Chapter was phenomenal! The 2nd Chapter can only build on that!

Sony has dropped the ball on so many things this year. Sad to see! XBox has easy pickings.

Cherish her! Nicely put! Didn’t realize your daughter is already an adult? How did that happen? When did that happen??? 😅😅🤣

Did you have skin on your back? 🤭

PlayStation is also not meeting my expectations. I think I will cancel my contract with them too, for performing below expectations and abandoning giving us the choice of physical.

Nice! Play the old ones before you play Killzone Remake (whenever it comes out). I played it on the Vita back then. Sore fingers, I remember 😅🤭!

I am keen to see how the one this year will do and then keep my eyes peeled for 2027!

I am 3 hours in. That is how my day was yesterday. Need to put some on my backlog. I Wonder if there is a doc for where and how some of those games are playable today.

Loved watching the latest episode of Ted Lasso. For some reason, I connect deeply to the show. This latest episode addresses topics of grief, remorse, impostor syndrome and new beginnings. The gift to let go and start again. Deep topics, humanly told. I am a big fan! #TedLasso #AppleTV #TVSeries

Sadly, the physical edition of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was greyed out when I tried to order it. Sold out, or digital only for now? Either way, I had to get it elsewhere. Come on, Nintendo. Please make physical copies available to order. This is a No-Go! #Zelda #OcarinaOfTime #Nintendo

Not yet. I am trying to get the physical. Looks like there is only a digital option.

Drellesh @drellesh.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

sickos indeed. Sony was a client when they launched the PS1. I was in publishing then. Memory lane for me, but sadly I only shifted more to consoles with the launch of the PS3.

How does one listen to this?? LOL Do they release their episode on Audible too? ;-)

Love to hear this. Gravity Rush was mesmerizing back in the day and I glad to hear it still holds today!
