Don't you hate it when you're building with your wooden train set, and the track you end up making has pieces that share the same connector at the end? Wouldn't it be awesome to have a 3d printer to print out that piece so you can use then finish playing with your trains? #3DPrint #STEM

Let's quote a quote 😂 That one on the left, it has a plate that is 64mm square... Printable looked to be around 30mm if I was lucky while I was trying this build. For context, on the "how it's going" image the grey L shapes... They are 64mm if they were full squares...

Just in time for #SMRRF24 the Big #PrintABlok Printer produced a rather nice #Califlower mk2 from @adam-v3d.bsky.social The web based interface with visible guides for calliper placement was so much easier than the spread sheet of the previous generations of these tools!

@marlinfirmware.bsky.social I love marlinfirmware, I really do! My only hold up is reflashing the board everytime while testing new hardware and this scares me! Probably old superstition about ROMs and their write limits... Is there a way to use a config file that can be dynamically imported?

Another post of 3 thoughts. 1. The WhamBamSystems.com mutant isn't terrifying to wire up! Read the docs, seems to be useful. 2. I REALLY need a wire stripper, and a crimp for wire aglets. 3. Silicon wire feels strange, and using all black looks cool but offers NO VISUAL FEEDBACK!

Observation: I would say I am close to parity with my number of followers here as I am on the bird site... Second observation: this butterfly site feels nicer... Third observation: Grass, the kind we use for lawns doesn't make sense to me, why do we have that instead of wild flower patches?

The original CoreXY Edition of the #PrintABlok Printer received a Revo upgrade from e3d-online.com (thank you again) Now it will match the big guy with its HemeraXS 🤣 For this little one it's a case of tidy up wires and we are hopefully good to go 💜
