Despite losing its fabulous rats and gaining a clumsy title, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy (2026) is an excellent spin-off/prequel. Raw vocal performances, gorgeous scenery, and Olivier Derivière’s emotional score make this swashbuckler a gut worth punching.
