The thing that helped me get control of when I make up massively was an app called Alarmy. I've got it set up so that I have to get out of bed and scan a barcode on the other side of my room to shut it up.

There is no war you're fighting or part of, people are dumber than you think. It's just people you disagree with, it makes the world feel more terrifyingly chaotic rather than something clear to fight against. It's why people often seek refuge in conspiracy theories, they're comforting in the chaos.

detransition data is it is often misguided, most of it tends to mistakenly assert that detransition = no longer trans like J Cohn's work. Detransition can simply be the trans man is happy looking like Timothée Chalamet so they go off T to avoid ending up like Hagrid...

pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC... www.thelancet.com/journals/lan... These aren't huge sample sizes but the data is tight enough, but it's a small group. Can you source some of this quality data? So far what you've shown is similar to the studies that started "Fat makes you fat" from the 1970s

News headlines on studies are so badly reported half the time. The study data here is pretty useless, all it confirms is that after 5 years they were no longer being billed by insurance for gender identify treatment which could have a dozen different reasons as to why.
