They were able to dodge that pretty easily. NiGHTS did not have a counter attack at that moment, but kept an eye on Reala in case they did that again. “Pretty much? Unless you have something specific you want to mention. I’m all ears.”

The kick made them double over slightly. Once they recovered they lunged at him with a touch dash. Hopefully that tackle would get a good hit in and send him flying. “All I did was open up my eyes to Wizeman’s tyranny. So I left. I’ll never apologize for that.”

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

OW! They clenched their teeth a bit and rubbed and the part on their face that was struck. As a result they shoved Reala decently hard in the chest to create some space between them. “Okay. If that’s your decision then I’ll stop you like I always do. I’m not afraid of you.”

The place they took her to was beautiful. They were above water, but the surrounding area looked as if it were on the ocean floor. There were large cliffs of coral, and plenty of sea plants. Another group was already there practicing. “We made it! Would you like me to show you how things are done?”

000

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

“Pup-pet.” The renegade would say just to further their point. “You know what’s sad? I thought this place changed you. I keep hearing or seeing you do things that you would never normally do. Like playing music. I was hopeful at first, but you’re just the same mindless servant you’ve always been.”

000

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 10/10/2026

At first they were ashamed. Reala was right about that, but anger soon washed over them. “The reason I do that is because I prefer to hide the fact that I used to be a puppet like you. It’s shameful.”

000

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

NiGHTS already knew that Reala did not have anything good to say about them. However, something about that particular insult seemed to irritate them. “Back stabber?! That’s not true at all! I do everything I can to help and protect my friends. When is the last time you ever did that?”

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

“Yeah! Water ball is a good choice. I can show you. Come down to the beach with me.” They smiled and gestured for her to follow.

000

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

“Definitely! Oh my gosh do you like flying? Maybe we could race or play music. Would you like a tour of the fountain? I know of a beach we could go to to play water ball.” They happily and energetically rambled while listing off all the activities that came to mind.

000

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

“You never seem to pay attention when I say things either. Does that make us even?”

000

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

They grinned and were glad to have someone friendly around. “Good to see you too! Wait, were you looking for me?”

000

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

They rolled their eyes. It begins. They should have known that Reala would start his nagging at some point. “I am not a traitor. Don’t you ever get tired of nagging?”

000

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

“Well yeah but, other than flying and paraloops, that’s the first time you displayed any other type of behavior that I do.”

The renegade nightmaren was keeping watch by the dream gate as usual. They perked up instantly once they saw Dark Magician Girl coming. “Hey Dark Magician Girl!”

000

✨ NιGHTS ✨ @dreamdelight.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

NO WAY!! When they heard the music their jaw about hit the floor. They were shocked for sure, but their emotions suddenly flooded with excitement. “That’s amazing! Since when did you start playing music like that?”

something about this particular visit seemed way off. After emerging from the portal, their two horns raised ever so slightly to detect the energy around them. With a quick zip they were flying off in a random direction. Time to explore and see what this place is.

They stopped playing and frowned at the insult. “Who are you to call me an amateur?! You know nothing about music.”

“Don’t worry I still have it.” They got out their flute and began to play. Especially if Reala was going to keep disrupting the keyboard.
