Here's another interesting duo, Whisper and Surge! Brought to you from Abyss (soleilthesugarglider on tumblr)!

The border of the graphic is made out of various Sonic Generation inspired shapes. In the middle is an unfinished preview of written work, the text reads:
“You're a liability,” she spat, “should've gone alone.”
""But you didn't,"" Surge taunted, grinning in her impassive face, ""your little Sonic fan-club didn't think you'd be up to it.""
""They're wrong,"" Whisper shot back with a ferocity that made the corners of Surge's mouth twitch.
""Woah, what's that? There's disagreements in happy sunshine land?""
""You've tried this before. I'm keeping my eyes on you."" A lot more than just her eyes it seemed, at least judging by that twitchy Wispon.
""Suit yourself,"" Surge shrugged and turned her back to Whisper, ""maybe you'll learn a thing or two."" "
