a white banner with comic sans text: "graphics mod wanted" colored with a blue gradient. There is a track of dragon paw prints walking over the banner.

I've been working on designs for the Evanuris and their High Priests for years at this point, tonight I tackled the High Priestess of Sylaise - Imperial Brander, once a spirit of Devotion. Still a very messy wip. #DragonAgeFanart

An elven woman in ornate clothing. Her skin is brown and her hair is black, put up in a headdress of seven buns with gold adornments radiating from them like sunrays. Her mage staff is a caduceus at one end and a glaive at the other. Her clothes are cream and flame colored, tattered and sheer, with flame motifs and hint of gold embroidery. Her chest is empty however and a neon orange fantasy ribcage floats there instead.

#VeilguardSpoilers I got a comment on an old piece I did for an exchange featuring Teia (nude) sitting on Viago's lap (fully clothed in his suit and gloves) and I decided to tackle a repaint so here's a wip

Two of Pentacles - Union of Material Forces

The material world, for which the pentacles stand, can be interpreted in a dualistic fashion: it holds light and darkness, life and death, growth and decay. These endless dualistic forces, and the friction between them, drive the dance of life. This endless dance is symbolized by the ouroboros figure snaking around the two pentacles in the ribbon. One can master this dualism, reconcile opposing forces, and reap the benefits. This is less a single decisive action and more a continuous balancing act: keeping the dynamics of nature spining at just the right angle. This attitude is often found simply in the observation and acceptance of life as we seek balance and to understand life's complex dances.

"What can we expect from Act 3?" I have chills. I feel like this is "What will be the key to a good ending?" "How will the story resolve?" "What will we feel afterward?" From the beautiful Sefirot deck.

Three tarot cards lined up in a row, all upright: King of Cups, 2 of Pentacles, Ace of Wands, on a pink and blue background with designs on it.

Genuinely I was so flipping delighted to go to this puppet show. It filled me the kind of childlike joy and wonder I didn't think I could have again. Wow ;w; What a great night of community artistry!!!

Before everyone goes dark for the new game, please remember to check out the #DragonAge Big Bang over on tumblr! People worked for MONTHS on longfics and illustrations, which will begin going live on Nov 4. Follow the blog and get notified for fics of all sorts of pairings, ratings, and genres.

The words "Fanwork Reveals SOON" on a horizontal yellow banner, with a quill and a paintbrush as a motif. A purple dragon with red lyrium crystals and a newsies cap holds a calendar page up, with "Nov 4" written on it. On the bottom of the banner is "follow the blog for new Dragon Age fics and illustrations!"

When hair thinned and nails grew sharp; when bone spurs sprouted or muscles began to hunch; when the eyes grew milky and the veins grew dark, and the light of the sun burned like the Maker’s wrath… that was when a Warden was a Warden no longer. My Mahariel captured by @eldrtchmn.bsky.social <3

Warden Mahariel standing with a hand across his chest, head down as he stares morosely at the camera. His eyes are milky. He is wrapped in a wispy burial shroud.

Brittle hair bleached white in living death, pale skin stretched tight over blackening veins, darkening in splotches like a bruised fruit beginning to rot. Silver-white eyes stared out from their gaunt hollows like distant stars in a dark sky. A short life packed with too much violence had left its mark in the mangled elven ears and the scar-torn vallaslin of Falon'Din, the markings of one who dealt death, and who would soon be dead.

Warden Commander. Teyrn of Gwaren. Hero of Ferelden.

Dead Man Walking.

A beige banner with a border in purple crayon texture. A stylized pastel blue dragon is painting the word "The" in dripping purple paint, followed by regular black text that reads "Dragon Age Big Bang 2024". To the right, a red-outlined quill and fountain pen are crossed over each other.

I NEED to drag more of my #DragonAge friends into the supplemental material -- so I'm going to be reading every short story from TEVINTER NIGHTS out loud to our Dragon Age Fan Fiction discord server. First up, this Monday: Three Trees to Midnight by Patrick Weekes. Featuring the coolest elf: STRIFE

A screenshot of an announcement where OP will be reading the short story anthology, Tevinter Nights, aloud for a private Dragon Age server, extolling the great writing in the aforementioned collection.
