One of my fave techniques to help manage stress is deep breathing. Taking deep breaths in your nose and out through your mouth stimulates your vagus nerve and put you into parasympathetic mode. You can always start again. Clean up your socials, make new playlists, donate clothes you no longer wear. Try out a new recipe. Pick up new hobbies you never thought of before. There is no limit to how many times you can press the reset button. It’s okay to change and start over.

Do they really hate billionaires? Yes, some folks hate them because of envy maybe. But I don’t associate with anyone who just hates a group of people. Now there may be certain billionaires not liked but that’s usually due to something they did. It’s rarely ever for no reason at all

You need people who have a heart for people and who have a business sense to be in the positions of power. There’s a balance that has to be made but if the heart of the person isn’t good you won’t reach that balance. You need someone who loves people to reach a solution but still keep things afloat

I will say it isn’t the best but isn’t the worst. There are some people who still genuinely care about getting people well. However there’s a sector that is about business and not health and that’s where the problems lie. It should be about the overall good of the people not the bottom line

(Pt 2). I am licensed, though not all states license us. I have a DEA #, I can prescribe meds and more. Though I’m a Naturopathic physician, I believe theres a place for meds and some situations call for meds because of safety of the patient. I just don’t default to meds and I look for root causes

Great question!!The biggest misconceptions would be I’m not a real doctor and I don’t believe in medicine. Both are false.I went to a 4 yr medical school and the first two years curriculum is identical to that of a MD program. Our clinical years are diff because we learn more like acupuncture (pt 1)
