Not enough credit goes to Salmon's "The fact that x = y". If you haven't read it, do it. It's very short. 4306
DMV @drdmv.bsky.social · 11/12/2024Finished teaching modern philosophy (Descartes-Hume-Hegel). Asked my students if they thought it was unfairly hard to have to read Hegel in an intro class. One said next time I should cut out Descartes and spend more time on Hume/Hegel, who are “way more interesting”. Not what I expected to hear. 130
