OK, so I finally persuaded Arch to address the screen properly, but it doesn't work with the little usb-c->hdmi dock I have for some reason. Extracted wifi/bluteooth antenna, and yes, the keyboard works!

Psion mx5 pda/palmtop keyboard and case, with a new screen showing the 'Hackaday' website. Many cables and electrical parts are hanging around.

Yeah, the motherboard and USB C hub I have is a great fit for the case, but the screen and HDMI driver board I have isn't detected properly in Arch/Wayland. Gonna need some more work before I have a full PC with a nice keyboard in my pocket!

It boots! Not without the fan though which is kinda bulky. And the Bluetooth/WiFi range is about 3cm without the antennae so will need something for that too...
