Last week, I joined the Moose Hide Campaign Day at CYFN’s Family Preservation Wellness Centre. The campaign is a grassroots movement of Indigenous and non-Indigenous men and boys standing up against violence toward women and children.

I had the pleasure of joining the Yukon Hospital Women’s Auxiliary for their biannual High Tea—a lovely afternoon celebrating their 125th year! The strong sense of community they bring to the hospital was clearly felt throughout the afternoon.

During Minister Hajdu’s visit to the Yukon, we toured Yukon University’s Centre for Northern Innovation in Mining. Built in partnership with territorial leaders and the mining sector, the Centre delivers innovative, flexible training programs tailored to Yukon’s unique context.

Yesterday, I threw on an apron and jumped in to support a great cause. Every meal purchased on McHappy Days helps support @ronaldmcdonaldhousebcy in continuing their work supporting families when their child is sick, and they need it most.
