You know you've been playing too much Arknights: Endfield when you open Fire Emblem Heroes and can't help but be reminded of the Endministrator.

Screenshot from mobile game Fire Emblem Heroes featuring a character named "Masked Gladiator" Marth who wears a mask that very closely resembles the mask worn by the protagonist of Arknights: Endfield, the Endministrator.

While the new S2C3 story for Zenless Zone Zero was fantastic, these two bullet points represent the absolute best changes in the entirety of the v2.2 ZZZ update.

Text for a couple of changes made in the v2.2 ZZZ update: 1. the display stand item limit was increased to 20, and 2. the red dot notification for Suibian Temple no longer appears if you've successfully gotten the temple up to level 45.

Mystic Mayhem has some truly excellent character designs, and I'm eager to see new heroes added to the roster. Still got my fingers crossed for Magik to join in sometime soon. 🤞

If you play the new Marvel Mystic Mayhem mobile game and then go back and try to play Midnight Suns for the first time, you're probably going to find yourself super disappointed by the bland and uninspired character designs in Midnight Suns.

I wonder if they're looking to exit the console space? Focus on cloud and PC. Maybe they'll finally come out with that stick you plug into your TV to play cloud games instead of a console.

I find it fascinating that Dina and Vivian are essentially opposites of each other. Dina: short red hair with purple eyes. Vivian: long purple hair with red eyes. Epilogue was great! Bring on season 2! #zzz #zenlesszonezero

Decided to hop on the latest art trend with my own starter pack (in)action figure. Complete with cardigan, tablet and pen, and fidget toys. I forgot to include a "no AI" marker on my layout, but I feel like it goes without saying that generative AI sucks.

A drawing of myself within a starter pack that is drawn to resemble an action figure package. It has separate containers for my cardigan, my tablet and pen, and also an assortment of fidget toys. The text reads "Nathaniel Payne Inaction Figure!"

I will warn you that most of the stories are absolutely gut-wrenching. I watched the first couple of episodes and then took a year long break before watching more because they were surprisingly haunting and heartbreaking.

130

Nathaniel Payne / Drawject! @drawject.com · 20/03/2025

Absolutely. It's a series of short stories that are independent of each other but have a few elements that connect them all together. But it does not feel incomplete at all.

Moving away from doing Zenless Zone Zero art for a bit. This week I did a few illustrations that depict the Mario universe princesses as various other Nintendo characters. This was a fun set to draw! #drawjectart #nintendo #mario #metroid #legendofzelda #peach #daisy #rosalina

Illustration of Princess Peach from the Mario series dressed like Samus Aran from Metroid, wearing a tight-fitting pink scifi suit with an arm cannon pointed towards someone off panel. The words "Peach" and "Samus" are in the background.

Illustration of Daisy from the Mario series dressed like Mario, jumping into the air to break a question block with her fist, wearing orange overall shorts and a yellow shirt, her hat clutched in her hand. The words "Daisy" and "Mario" are in the background.

Illustration of Rosalina from the Mario series dressed like Link from the Legend of Zelda, wearing his signature jerkin, pants, boots, and gloves, all colored in Rosalina's preferred blue shades. She's wielding a sword in one hand and a shield in the other as she readies to strike. The words "Rosalina" and "Link" are in the background.

99% of all of our decisions are made in in-person meetings, and if you can't speak to or defend your positions with appropriate detail and substance, you are simply ignored, and rightfully so.

000

Nathaniel Payne / Drawject! @drawject.com · 20/02/2025

This is also just terrible advice in general, because what you end up with is a bunch of people who sound like Harvard grads in email but stumble over themselves in meetings because they don't have their AI crutch to fall back on when in actual face-to-face discussions.

The weirdest part of the setup to Truman Show that I'll never be able to understand is why they even bothered to tell him that other places exist. You have 100% control over this man's entire world, you don't ever have to mention Fiji at all, just tell him Seahaven is all there is.
