Been checking my 3ds cartridges and sadly my Pokémon Y and Fire Emblem echoes died (I wanted to replay echoes TwT), so I will have to look on how to resurrect them. HOWEVER this guy is still very much alive and kicking. He will never die (I won't allow it)

previous style lapras because iI feel terrible showing such a bad quality screenshot for it when I made this when I originally delivered the files to the client jdjfjfjhd These two are still my favourite emotes I made with the other style!

Two lapras emotes. The lapras is wearing sunglasses on her head.

I am so happy I changed the style for my emotes. I LOVE doing emotes again, it's so much fun and shading doesn't drain my motivation anymore. Old style took a lot of time and while it looked good, it was exhausting and I was severely undercharging them+details got lost. New style is just SUPER FUN

Old styled emote of a Lapras doing a blep.

New styled emotes commissioned by Bowsetti. There are five of them expressing a variety of emotions.

progress of the day for this piece (bluesky will probably ruin the res but basically i added the clothes and made a slight change to the holding position, plus started linearting the sketch)

Sketch into lineart for the previous piece in this thread. Jakob holding Corrin between his arms. Both share a expression full of love.

Zoom in into their faces because I know bluesky will ruin the resolution.

A coworker told me they decorated the office's windows with handrawn Christmas art, and that they added me on a window. And when she sent the pic it was me wearing my Hornet costume (I wore it to the office for Halloween). Guess that means I'm Hornet to my coworkers now. Which makes me happy :)

Today I bring you some early Dralis concepts I worked with! I've always known they were going to be a dragon, but it took me some time to reach a design that really convinced me. Read the alt texts if you want to know a bit more about the reasoning behind these designs! #fursona #oc #furry

The first Dralis sketch. Initially they were going to be a fox dragon hybrid with bunny ears. Ended up discarding this concept because it wasn't very unique or fun to draw.

First Dralis sketch after deciding to stick to the dragon part of the design more than any other animals I wanted to mix. With this design they resemble the dragon I have on my tattoo back more, but considering I wanted to make a fursuit out of it someday, I tried to simplify a bit more this concept, and headed towards a kemono styled sona in the following sketches.

This is the concept where Dralis started looking more like what they currently are. The kemono references really helped to get the vibe I was looking for.

And this was the last concept I made for Dralis. I struggled a bit deciding what part of her body to be bird-like, and I was torn between bird-like arms or bird-like legs. In the end, the bird-legs won (since I wanted to get a partial fursuit eventually and not a fullsuit, thus making BEAN PAWS more appealing to me)
