Got some rollercoasters and some other theme park rides to look forward to today! Might also do some bowling and other activities depending on energy level and how things go. Will be returning to the Canadian home tomorrow.

Went to a big water park today, probably got some energy left for a bit more activities, but man.... It's been a long time since I have been to a water park. That was so much fun! Going down many different slides in a tube and my first ever wave pool. So simple, but gives the same joy of the ocean.

Went kayaking today. ~4.5 miles. Definitely tired after all that today. Also I should listen to my gut feeling more. I wanted to bring sunscreen. But my mom was doubting the need. ... Now have a very slight sun burn and will need to be extra careful for any further outdoor plans. xP

Was able to celebrate my nephew's 2nd birthday yesterday. Due to the distance I have barely been around him as he is growing up. I asked him for a hug and he still slowly walked over and gave me one. It meant a lot to me. Wish I could be in his life more, but I just can't do that at the moment.

I have been getting into VR a lot more again. I think I am finally getting past one layer of burnout that it's easier for me to actually put it on. I would really like to go on some adventures with friends as I relearned that putting myself in a room of people I do not know is still a big no no. 😅

2 things I want to try and improve on. Social energy and giving myself more time to get into other hobbies outside of gaming. Lots of creative projects I have in my head. Like revisiting an avatar project I have been wanting to do. And I'd love to spend more time with friends.

Been improving my fitness a bit over time. Living a sedentary lifestyle is uh ... Not a good idea. Would like to start introducing some extra exercise, probably some weight lifting of some kind. Other goals include figuring out how to be more social again. 🤔

I need to get myself a body pillow at some point. I left my last pillow behind when I moved away. I was reminded how much I really miss having a pillow to wrap my arms and legs around... I stole my boyfriend's pillow after he left for work and got comfortable much faster and had a better sleep. xP

I feel more at peace with my current job status. I'm still going to try my hardest to find a job, but I'm not going to worry about the details too much. I feel like that has been hampering my energy and mood, which makes the search all the more difficult. I'm smart. I'll figure it out in due time.
