As a good rule of thumb, companies and businesses are incredibly slow. They'll never ask you to do anything in a 24 hour window without a lot of prior contact. If you see something warning you and trying to give you that "I need to act now!!" feeling, that's intentional. Breathe and ignore it.

If you're like me and on iOS, and got locked out of 18+ servers, but you're classified as an adult, go into the discord web app and recheck the age restricted servers on iOS. Even if it's already checked, uncheck it and check it again. That should solve your issue. This whole thing is dumb as hell.

There's a bug upgrading purely on mobile. Load Discord in a BROWSER, check Settings → Account → Age Group, then toggle the Settings → Messaging Permissions → Allow access to age-… stuff off then on again. THAT will let any 'adult' status click over, then all the apps (desktop, mobile) work again.
