We’re coming up on two years of my Mom being diagnosed with cancer. Before this, she had already struggled with chronic pain, iron deficiency, and endo - the effects of which have only been exacerbated by her condition.

Unfortunately medical care in the United States is not cheap and she is no longer fit to work and I took on the majority of the financial strain - and with my day job only paying $18 an hour it was already an impossible feat that I had to supplement by taking on commission work and creating a queue that is a veritable mountain (to those waiting, thank you for being so patient).

But her condition is getting worse and it’s still not enough and I am constantly having to choose between bills or her health. I love my mom and would move mountains for her if I could, but I don’t have the financial backing for this. If you could donate or share the gofundme it would be appreciated immensely.

I don’t have a lot of family left and the family that would have helped have already passed.

Also a big I love you to my friends who showed up in game with their gaelicats out in remembrance of the boy. I cried so much seeing that, but it really warmed my heart knowing how many loved him and associate him with those minions.

My partner sat with me and watched the minion for a few minutes before he said, "Thomas is always with you in your adventures." And he's right. Thomas is immortalized in many ways, but this minion, as silly as it is, is one of them.

I knew he was waiting for me when I logged in and my stomach was twisted in knots about it. Any game where you can gave a cat, I put Thomas in and have for over 15 years now. I avoided playing until this morning. I loaded in, saw Flying Thomas, and broke down into tears through the smile.

One of my earliest memories playing XIV (back when HW was very new) was discovering the gaelikitten minion existing. It was millions of gil at the time, but my partner spent it for me to have "Flying Thomas" in game. It was my first ever minion (1/3)

That's the last I will post. Thomas was a constant presence in my life here. Many of my followers and friends knew him. And I want to thank you all for loving him from affair. He will never know the depths of how adored he was. I'm going.

He has severely declined and we are at the point of flying him out to a specialist out of state for a 10% chance or we decorated the ER with his things and say goodbye. We are gathering his things.

We are at the ER. The vet couldnt see him today. I can't stop crying.

I know he is old and I've had him in my life for 15 years, but I want him in my life for at least 5 more.

It wasn't heart failure like they thought. He has a tumor that is malignant and it is so large it is pressing on an important nerve which caused the episode he had. It could only need seen with a specialized scan. We have him home monitoring and waiting for a call from his primary in the morning.

This afternoon I ate a soft sandwich and for the first time realized I wasn't anticipating major pain. I haven't experienced that since my early teens. My spouse sat with me and told me that alone, seeing me eat without wincing, makes the cost worth it. I still feel bad tho orz

We already know they won't cover the crown and that's okay we were ready. All that remains is installing the crown and 4 fillings and the left side is 100% done. The right is another matter, but I'm doing my all to postpone that work until the new year when our insurance fully kicks in.

The endo I saw believed they knew a loophole to get them to cover the bulk. I prepared for the loophole to fail and got the work done. Today I got a letter in the mail showing the loophole worked and we don't owe anymore than what little bit I paid out of pocket day of.
