Sometimes I feel like I’m better off just not getting up at all and staying in my room all day until I really need to move or do “something..” “But why not go out and work???” I have to do care for my dad 24/7 and since my mom works nights, I stay up to watch him, like a night shift. -

Mmmm haven’t spoken on what’s going on but feel like I should atp.. Dad is terminally ill with Lewy body dementia, me and my mom alone have been his care takers for the past 2 years since his decline started. His dementia is progressing rapidly so caring for him has become more difficult-
