Yes gyroid tpu. The fabric is mochi minky* glued to spandex with Odif 505. I treat it as one fabric. *Mochi minky is basically stretch minky. It's what Squishmallows are made of. You could also use fleece.

Taking inspiration from Willow Creative on the eyebrows. I'm printing both brows as one piece that I will cut apart with scissors. The Varioshore is so smooth I can just paint them and glue them on, hopefully.

Maybe! You can float the spandex over the mochi to some extent, so you could hide some holes in your mask. There's also sweat wicking fabrics out there.

Thank yooou! It's spandex glued to mochi minky using Odif 505 spray adhesive. The mochi gives the spandex more body and hides small bumps on the base. It also provides enough loft that your seams, even straight stitched, are fairly stretchy.

Reminder this is spandex glued to mochi minky with Odif 505. It's kind of like sewing bread dough, so if I were to do this all over I would stay stitch *all* my pieces first.

WIP I forgot to share. I was really proud of nailing the point in the center front on the first try. The trick was stay stitching both pieces first, just inside the seam allowance.

Remade Ris's skin and I'm gluing it on. It's not the perfect color but it's a brushed spandex that held up better to abrasion testing. I would like to be done pleeeease. Might stick some stuffing under the lids to poof em up a little.

We had a hand brake exercise in sheet metal class. I was only one of two students who attempted this one, and I think mine turned out not too shabby. (It's a nonsense part, just an exercise in figuring out brake order). Hoping I get dispatched again soon. 🥲
