Telling people they should "cheat like hell" in an election does sound like inciting election fraud. But, to be fair, I am not an expert and the other two examples would not have landed Obama in jail. He would however still have faced severe pressure from both parties, while Trump does not.

I find myself quoting this again and again: Imagine if Obama had done any single thing od the list of things that Trump did. If Obama had told people to "cheat like hell" in an election, he would have been in jail. Same for claimimg that immigrants ate pets, banning media from the white house, etc.
