My therapist even said how proud they were of me and my healing progress, if anyone should be proud it’s me, I’m proud of me for being a better healthier me ~

Going over how my body feels when thinking of those moments, feeling the lump in my throat, learning to focus and breathe and seeing the negativity and the anxiety leave my body. It feels so good to be able to understand what my mind and emotions are again.

Therapy update!!! Missed last week cause I was sick so today we went back over mindfulness, doing body scans and even box breathing. Talked about how certain thoughts that relive trauma aren’t as harmful anymore as well. At least it’s more easier to process now. #therapy #vtuber

Been better at communicating my feelings and understanding everyone else’s. I value friendship a lot so it’s rough for me if I make someone upset that’s the last thing I wanna do. Which is why i encourage people to tell me what’s wrong. Always communicate your feelings~ #therapy

Probably won’t be going to therapy tomorrow cause I’m sick BUT we can still talk about BPD, woo~ So I got handed a packet to go over and reading some of this like…damn I’m getting called out… There was always a ton of self doubt and fear of abandonment. But I’ve been moving on and getting better

We spoke about deleting old messages as a way of letting go. Not forgetting but more putting to rest. If I am to let go of someone I wasn’t and to be my real self…I have to let go and put to rest that old self. The memories will always linger for I will always cherish them.
