Drew a few of my TLK lions hanging around! Been on a kick rewatching all the lion king movie (the animated ones not the “live action” ones) and wanted to draw my own characters too at the same time! I worked on this on and off for a few weeks.

Hey guys! Sorry for disappearing again. Been plenty busy with work and taking care of my new kitties that I have neglected my socials. I’ve really jumped back into doing more traditional works again, and I think it’s really been good for me. Here is a piece I did for my grandma she requested!

Revamp design of my dragon Wyse! I made him back in 2020, but I was always kinda on the fence if I liked his design or not. I think I’m much happier giving him some more spikes and horns. Feels more cohesive now!

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

A redesign of a raptor character I was given a while back! His name is Loro, and I wanted to make him more feathered and simplify his pattern so it’s more consistent. I’m really happy with him!

Icon for my dragon/wolf/fox hybrid Fane!

Been a minute! Apologies for the silence, life has been busy. Work, being sick, and artfight ate up my time recently. This is a screenshot redraw of Rapture! I just loved the quote so much I thought it would a fun exercise to replicate! Also I’ve been itching to rewatch Iron Lung. #ironlungfanart

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 27/06/2026

I got the Iron Lung brain worms this month, so I made a Simon dragon lol His name is Rapture! I wanted to incorporate Simon and elements of the Eel into him. I think he’s neat.

Marker drawing of my pony Fruit Juice! Apologies for the gaps in posting. Been a very busy month trying to get our apartment cleaned out for our last day in July, so have had less time to draw and post stuff while I’m not dying in the summer heat lol.

Bust design for my lunar void dragon Quasar! I’ll have a full body design up for him soon, but did this bust first to figure out the direction I wanted for his design first.

Marker drawing of my dragon Ester!

Sometimes an idea doesn’t pan out as planned. I wanted to draw my tiger Kiku with the paint pens on watercolor paper thinking it would shred less. It shredded more, and I couldn’t finish the original piece. I was able to salvage the lineart, and did an experimental sketchy style with it instead.

Icon for my bird character! She still doesn’t have a name yet, but I love her colors.

Marker drawing of my shark canine guy Illuminate!

Did another digital sketch type drawing, this time with my character Speckles.

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 27/05/2026

This piece almost didn’t make it out of the drafts as I was having a time getting the anatomy looking not funky lol Had inspiration from this song, specifically these lyrics, and I had to draw my deer Liza with it. Honestly happy how it turned out. Song Inspo: “Burn Your Village” by Kiki Rockwell

Digital drawing of my dragon Sencha! Wanted to try doing more digital sketching kind of styles, and I do love an aged/brown look

Reference sheet for my dragon gal Ravenna! Digital is still a little bumpy for me right now, but I’m happy I got to revamp this OC!

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 21/05/2026

Marker drawing of my jolteon/toxtricity fusion Kamado! It’s been fun going back to doing stuff in my 5x8 sketchbook. Sometimes I like a lot room to sketch, and other times it’s satisfying to fill the whole page.

000

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

Here is a bust of a dragon design I had in mind a while ago! I’m going for a CMYK kind of pallet with floating elements. I want to circle back and give this lady a full design eventually.

000

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 16/05/2026

Marker drawing of my gyrados/dragonite fusion! Still trying to name them, but I had a lot of fun drawing them for the first time.

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 14/05/2026

Back to some traditional media! I got these acrylic paint markers back at Christmas and finally got to try them. Did a drawing of my abra guy Rory for this test.

Symmetrical icon I did for Kattrice for her Toyhouse profile!

Icon I did for my fluffy shrimp Sleipnir!

000

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 09/05/2026

I had this idea back in December, but this year was crazy so I got back around to finishing it now. This is Kattrice, and she’s my Zootopia OC. She is an underground fighter and that wins prize money to pay bills/give back to the reptile community that took her in. She’s a domestic/wild cat mix.

000

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 07/05/2026

Here’s a ink sketch page of my dragon Eclispe! I want to get back to doing expression pages for my OCs like I used to do in the past.

011

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 04/05/2026

As you may know, April kicked my butt with the grief of 2 losses and major stress/mental drain overall. May I’m going to make my bounce back if I can help it! Did an icon of my sheep Wither. I’m going to be jumping around with my different medias to not feel stale as I get back into drawing again.

Wolfwood always on the brain, and I had the itch to draw the wolf version again. Normally I don’t do flat colored digital pieces, but this was a nice change of pace. Included the OG colors too since I liked both versions. Song Inspo: “Chains & Whips” by Clipse #trigun #trigunfanart #wolfwood

I couldn’t draw wolf Wolfwood without drawing my dragon Vash as well. Screenshot redraw of Vash from Stargaze! He’s got some good expressions that are too good to pass on drawing myself! Will have to update his ref with his new look eventually. #trigun #trigunstargaze #trigunfanart

If you don’t know, I absolutely love dinos. Almost as much as dragons, and I have a collection of JP/JW Dino figures. And I love hybrids, so you can imagine I love messed up dinos like indoraptor and scorpios rex. This is Mako! A funky glowing dude who’s a little more chill than the OG version.

Well, ya know Nicholas already had an off white to his pelt design. So it’s just more of it now LOL Had to draw my wolf Wolfwood after the changes that happened in Stargaze. I’m shocked how close the off white/gray is to the show colors. Meant to be I suppose! #trigun #trigunstargaze

If you’ve been around between 2020-2023 you will recognize Hadzuki! He’s my Persona 5 OC that I drew during that time, and was part of a group RP storyline I participated in. Although the story never completed, I still love him and his personal story and would like to circle back to it someday.

With the new art for the Trigun Cafe they’re having soon, I knew I had to draw some Firewood all dressed up for it too. Finally had some time today to sit down and do just that because it was spinning around in my brain for a week lol #trigun #trigunstargaze #trigunfanart

Hello again! Been a hot minute as I’ve been moving and then we had issues getting internet at the new place for a week. I’m getting back into drawing now that we’re settling in. Here is a drawing of Lumin I did before the move a few weeks ago!

Dragon Cat Arts @dragoncatarts.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

So I’m gonna go insane this weekend as I’m moving fully in tomorrow, but I won’t have internet till at least Monday. So I’m gonna be freaking out not knowing what happens. I know it’s delusional but I want Wolfwood to live! He’s a drawing of wolf Wolfwood based on a screenshot from episode 3.

Happy stargaze Saturday! I am fearing greatly now as we are past the halfway mark, and I’m gonna be devastated soon I can feel it. Also since I’m moving next week I won’t be able to watch till tonight after doing some packing. Have tho dragon Vash I did during the week!

Happy Stargaze Saturday and Valentine’s Day! I haven’t drawn creature Dragon in a hot minute, and I wanted to do a more shifting look for her for this drawing. Song Inspo: “Which Witch” by Florence + The Machine #trisona #trigun #trigunfanart

I don’t think it’s any secret how much I love blue. High Octane piece that I’ve been working on and off for a bit as they take me quite a bit to draw. A fully powered Octane with all their glowing glory.

Like father like son. Happy Stargaze Saturday! I drew Eliseo doing one of the cute expressions Wolfwood did last episode. For those who don’t know, he is my fankid and WW’s son! I love him so much I need to draw him more and update his ref sheet lol

There were so many good shots in yesterday’s episode of Stargaze I had to redraw one. Been a minute since I drew wolf Nicholas and this was a perfect opportunity. I’ll probably do more of these for sure. #trigun #trigunstargaze #trigunfanart
